All our jewellery is covered by a 1-year warranty from the delivery date of your order.
This warranty covers any manufacturing defect, including issues related to materials or workmanship.
It does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear, nor the loss of jewellery.

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the defective piece. If it is no longer available, we may offer a store credit.

We will ask you for proof of purchase and details of the defect.
This commercial warranty is in addition to the statutory warranties, which apply in all cases: the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
The following are not considered manufacturing defects: characteristics specific to our jewellery and stated on the product pages, in particular the small part of the post of gold-plated earrings hidden under the butterfly back, which may show the bare titanium, which is darker. Invisible when worn, it is inherent to our plating process and affects neither its quality nor its durability. These provisions do not limit your statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.
