Return period
You have 30 days from delivery of your order to return an item.
This period includes the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for in the European Union: you can return your order without having to give a reason.
Return conditions
To be accepted, your item must be:
- in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused;
- with its tags and in its original packaging;
- accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your order included free gifts, you must also return them for your return to be valid.
How to make a return
To request a return, simply fill in the return form available on our website.
Provide the requested information, including your order number and the items you wish to return.
Once your request has been sent, you will receive the information needed to make your return.
Items returned without a prior request made through the form cannot be accepted.
Available return options
Depending on your request, several options are available:
- Exchange: for the same item or another product of your choice, subject to availability.
- Refund: to your original payment method.
- Store credit: valid on our website for 1 year.
Return costs
- Defective item: free return.
- Exchange for another item: no return costs.
- Other cases:
- France: €4.50 deducted from the refund amount;
- other countries: €6.50 deducted from the refund amount.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged or does not match your order, contact us immediately at contact@odelabijoux.com so we can find a solution.
The following are not considered manufacturing defects: characteristics specific to our jewellery and stated on the product pages, in particular the small part of the post of gold-plated earrings hidden under the butterfly back, which may show the bare titanium, which is darker. Invisible when worn, it is inherent to our plating process and affects neither its quality nor its durability. These provisions do not limit your statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.
Promotions
If your item was purchased as part of a promotion, you must return the complete set to receive a full refund.
If you return only part of the order, the items you keep will be recalculated at their non-discounted unit price. The refund amount may therefore vary depending on the promotions applied to your order.
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Refused returns
No refund can be granted for:
- an item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts, through no fault of ours;
- an item returned more than 30 days after delivery;
- a parcel without any information identifying the order or the sender: name, first name or order number;
- an item purchased as part of a bundle promotion and returned on its own, without the complete set.
Contents of the return parcel
You are solely responsible for the contents of your return parcel.
If the parcel contains fewer items than declared, only the items actually received and checked by us will be taken into account for the refund.
If the parcel reaches us closed, intact and without visible anomaly, Odelà cannot be held responsible for any difference between the items declared and those contained in the parcel.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a confirmation email and inform you of our decision.
If your return is approved, the refund is made to your original payment method within 14 days.
The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or missing refund
If you have not received your refund:
- check your bank account again;
- contact your card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to appear;
- contact your bank, which may also have a processing time.
